A disappointing finale to a great show. Too much to tie off in the
final episode and why did Patti try to kill Ellen? Did she know too
much about Patti's corrupt ways.

Must admit i didnt watch the whole series and only watched parts of it
when there was nothing much else on .

But from what i seen - it was pretty much disjointed and all over the
place and the best thing you could do is forget about it and regard it
as being instantly forgettable .

BTW: i'm fucked if i know what the guy (ted danson) actually did .

He dumped stock in his company before his dodgy accounting practices
were about to be exposed to the sec (?). This meant his employees lost
their pensions somehow.

It was a great series with terrific performances from the main actors
but a bit dragged out with a rushed ending.

The final episode closed off a lot of the threads and answered most of the
questions. But it also set up series two in which we will prolly see why
Patty wanted Ellen dead, why the FBI are after Patty, what the backstory is
with Patty's dead baby and whether Arthur is really dead.
And if the rumours are to be believed, they're already setting up the
production office for series 3.
I thought it was a pretty fair ending, vis-a-vis the 'questions asked to
questions answered' ratio.
